Fidelio has within its team a competence centre dedicated to Application Maintenance services for application support.
We help our customers to manage the maintenance of information systems, sometimes composed of complex application maps.
We manage the 1st and 2nd level Help Desk, we deal with users and key users of the business, we govern the suppliers of software applications and hardware infrastructure and we collaborate with the other work teams of the IT organization.
We also monitor service levels, giving the IT department control tools, analysing critical success factors and identifying actions for continuous service improvement.
